The Matt Nix Band is an exciting group out of the DFW area, whose songs will get you on your feet and at the same time, touch your soul. In March of 2012 the Matt Nix Band had its first official show at Billy’s Bar and Grill in Anna, Texas. From there it has been one crazy and exciting ride. From opening for Zane Williams to coming in second place in the 2015 95.3 KHYI’s Shiner Rising Star competition, the band has enjoyed playing venues throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
